After 15 years serving the greatest cooks, Lasserre, Robuchon and Senderens for example, chief Fabrice Deverly started in december 2005 and propose tasty and voluntarily simple dishes. Products are carefully chosen and tastes are renewed everyday. The chief likes to surprise you with a large panel of exotic, rare or unknown vegetables.
The stable, renewed each week, shows the blows of hear of the chief. The risotto is always at its right place and change from time to time depending of the market : you can taste it with truffles, asparaguses or lentins of oak . Finally, aware of suggestions and desires of the clients, Fabrice adds a veal chop with truffles juice, or a grilled foie gras with gingerbread. |
